Through practical examples from common workplace situations, such as performance reviews and task delegation, you will learn what to expect and how to navigate leadership interactions in Finnish work environments.
The goal of the training is to provide a concise overview of Finnish leadership culture. Participants will learn how leadership values are interpreted in Finland and how these values are reflected in everyday workplace interactions.
